The Metroplex Literacy Conference is an annual event hosted by Dallas Baptist Association, Dallas Baptist University, Hope Literacy, Literacy Connexus, and Tarrant Literacy Coalition. Teachers from faith- and community-based programs can attend workshops, led by literacy professionals, focusing on English language acquisition, High School Equivalency preparation, citizenship, and literacy advocacy.
